The family history of Rivetto’s date back to 1902, when Enrico’s great-grandfather started a town winery, where he exchanged grapes and wines. In 1970 his father Sergio built a cellar in Lirano and planted vineyards around it. Today the AZIENDA AGRICOLA RIVETTO is run by Enrico, who has a great ambition and a biodynamic approach. He, literary, returns to the roots - roots of mother earth, by building up an area that is complete and supportive. What he has created is a complete world, where every plant and animal has a purpose and humans are habitants of this garden of Eden.

RIVETTO winery is the only estate in the prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco regions of Piedmont to achieve biodynamic status at Demeter, one of the largest certification bodies.
